We also offer a range of debt enforcement services to businesses, local authorities and the legal profession.
HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT
Michael A Baitson and Helen L Baitson are both appointed High Court Enforcement Officers. We are able to provide effective, ethical enforcement of judgements and orders upon on the instruction of our clients through the county court or High Court of England and Wales.
We are authorised to act on behalf of the Lord Chancellor, Michael and Helen are able execute writs, collect debts, perform evictions and coordinate the seizure, sale and recovery of assets across the UK. Please contact us for further details.
